Find a burial place

Am trying to locate the burial place of Johann Wirthmiller. As I understand it, he was naturalised and anglicised his name to John Miller, although in various records he still appeared as Wirthmiller. To make it more difficult, I have seen his name written as Warthmiller and Wirthmuller!!!! Date of death 18/11/1938, in Folkestone, Kent. Born in 1878, Vorra, Germany.
If anyone could help I would be very grateful.

I've just found his death was actually registered in Elham. Still have no idea where buried or if cremated?
