According to the image it is "The Cedars Convalescence Home" which is a branch of the Nottingham General Hospital.

There is also a Sidney E. Widdowson, farm labourer (tractor driver) in the same place - not sure if it is a relative or not.

Lindley widdowson born 1875 Nottingham

Still in Nottingham in 1939 but the household is closed
