Assuming you mean England or Wales, civil registration didn't start until 1837. This means that you won't find a full marriage certificate if they married before then, and definately not a birth certificate.

You might find parish records for both baptism and marriages, if they've been transcribed/uploaded to the internet. A baptism record won't give the mother's maiden name and before 1837, a marriage record won't give the parent's names. If you're lucky the witnesses may share the same surname, but could be a different relative rather than a parent.
The originals could be held at the county archive.

Its always worth googling Parish records + the place they were born.

Is this correct couple?

As civil registration only stated in 1837 in England and Wales, there are no BMD certs, only Parish Records, This give only limited info.

They are the parents of Henry towns, born 1792, I have depended on other sites to get this information,
Can anyone tell me where to access the birth and marriage certificates for these members and other family .
