Find Ancestors

I am trying to find out if two lines are related in any way. I have:
Henry Walles b abt 1801 Alfriston.
He married Mary Bridger 9 Apr 1826 - FHL Film: 1067115.
They had 5 children
Henry died 1887, Brighton (2B 137/104 SQ)
It is from the death record we have his dob abt 1801

I also have a Peter Thomas Walles b abt 1809. Alfriston
He married twice and died in 1892 Brighton

Parish records for both are for St Nicholas

I do not know the parents of Henry Walles b abt 1801
Peter Thomas Walles's parents were John Daniel Walles (abt 1768, Falmer) and Elizabeth nee Hunt. Peter Thomas had a brother John Daniel Walles b 1795.

So, Peter Thomas b abt 1809 and
Henry Walles b abt 1801 are not brothers but could very well be cousins.
I can go back further on Peters line but not Henrys.
John Daniels parents were James Walles b abt 1738 and Sarah Daniel married 1762 in Falmer.
James's parents were John Walles b ab 1705 and Mary. I only have James as a child to them and if Henry and Peter are related then it would be from this generation. Perhaps James had siblings.
