Ivy Veronica Amein died on 26th September, 1921.

I cannot find a death certificate number for her. She was 17 years old and living I believe in Sydney. There are memorial notices in the newspaper for a number of years. I cannot find a death notice.

Her birth was also registered under her mother's maiden name Neary as her parents were not married.

If anyone can help me find a death certificate number it would be most appreciated.
