Frederick Turnbull born 10 Sep. 1913
Gwynneth Maud Turnbull born 28 Feb. 1914

Living in Middlesbrough area but could be on Durham side of border in Norton.

I don't know anything about Lily and Norman, haven't heard the names before but will check it out.

The number of the address on the image is actually 58 (not 68):-
