Who lived here in 1841

Can some get me the 1841 census for 4 Hamilton Place St Cuthberts Edinburgh please, his wife was living there in 1851 and his mother in law died there 1846

FreeCEN is good for the early Scottish censuses - 1841 has 29 complete and 3 partial counties (of 33); 1851 has 19 complete and 7 partial; 1861 has 11 complete and 2 partial; nothing is done for BEW and only CAI has anything after 1871. MLN is done for 1841-1851.
FreeCEN transcriptions are generally quite a bit more accurate than Ancestry, and marginally more accurate than SP/FMP.
They have a nice display, and buttons that let you go thru adjacent h/h's (adjacent on the census pages, that is).

Thank you that helps a lot Alexander Richardson died there his wife was Isabel? daughters fit, Alex was a coach driver so not at home?? in 1841. Mother in law was Esther Finlay who died there in 1846

Not got Helen but have Georgina have to check up on Helen their are gap inbetween births
