Follow this link

https://probatesearch.service.gov.uk/#calendar

Make sure you use the tab Wills & Probate 1858-1996
Then search for Down, year of death 1959

Once you've found it, you can order a copy of the Will using the form on the right of the page.
Don't worry about a Folio number - that only applies to later ones.
