I believe that the original says that George is 18 months and Edwin is 6 or 7 months. It's difficult to decipher, it looks like the 7 months has been crossed out replaced by 6.

Can someone check 1891 census for me please I have found George Perry his wife Phillis but their children are down as Mary Ann 3 George 4/12 and Edwin 7/12 to me that means 1 child is 4 months and 1 7 month's which cannot be on census

George Perrey 36
Philis Perrey 22
Mary Ann Perrey 3
George Perrey 4/12
Edwin Perrey 7/12

They also spell Perry with an E which should be Perry
