Basically it’s to say that he is sending the ‘Return’ of all Probates and Letters of Administration issued for the Estates of deceased people of European Extraction for the quarter ending 31 Mar 1930.

Hi George it's a copy of a will from 1930 - my great grandfather Andrew O'gorman who died in June 1929
