Hard to find him on a census, suggest you get marriage certificate to get father's name.

Evidently we haven't accomplished anything here towards finding the parents of Henry/Harry. If that's him in 1939 giving birthdate of 1893 it couldn't possibly be him in 1901 census giving birth year of 1883.
