The George KENNARD who died in Wellington NSW in 1899 aged 75 (age from newspaper death notice) or 79 (bdm), had 8 sons and was a building contractor. He had been in NSW from c1850s and married there. The family did travel to 'America' for a period.

From his son's obit: http://trove.nla.gov.au/newspaper/article/137763745

How do you know he had links to South Africa and where did you get his arrival info to Perth?

I looked at this site ..........

http://www.bdm.dotag.wa.gov.au/_apps/pioneersindex/default.aspx

It states ........... You can search the Western Australian birth, death or marriage indexes by clicking each of the radio buttons below:
BIRTHS (1841-1932)
DEATHS (1841-1971)
MARRIAGES (1841-1936)

No marriages fro a George Kennard between 1887 and 1920

No births with father George Kennard between 1887 and 1920.

I did not check for alternative spellings ............ you can check, it is free to use.

Did he stay in Perth, WA, or move to another Province??

If so, you have check each state separately.

Please can someone find the marriage of George Kennard. He arrived in Perth about 1887. Problem is he might have married in South Africa. Any help gratefully received.
