I know you have said you don't want anyone to search, but remember that if there was a mistranscription it might have been corrected in the meantime so it may be worth looking again? Especially if it is only one site that has been searched, eg FMP and Ancestry have very different ways of showing 'doubtful' transcriptions, ie FMP often leaves blanks, Anc' more often makes a 'best guess'.
