This might be the Henry S Routledge in 1939. DOB would fit a Dec. Qtr birth and goes with the dob on death Regn.

I thought perhaps he might be Joseph's brother but I can't find Henry on the 1911 census.

His son died 1956 in Cockermouth, Cumberland so I suppose this could be a possibility
