She was born in Durham Tudmore Colliery. Geoge was a coal miner.
Not found any info. on Hannah.

to make sure above info is correct, you need to buy a copy of the marriage certificate which should give you Hannah's father's name, his occupation and Hannah's address at the time of marriage. It should also give you her age which will help work out her date of birth.

You may also know the names of some of her siblings which will also help to confirm if the 1911 census is correct.
Did Mary ever talk about Aunty ? or Uncle ?, any bits of info you have could help to confirm.

I do not know of any other .relations of Mary Bell,
We were told by her that her mother died when she was about 13/14
and she went into service, she never mentioned any siblings.

A tree on Ancestry says that Mary Bell was born 2 Jan. 1898, Spennymoor, daughter of George Bell (1874-1944) and Hannah Bulmer (1876-1952), so it sounds as if that's not her.

Edit: Another tree with same info says that Mary married Thomas Bowman so definitely not her.

trouble is there are no supporting documents on those trees and she was 52 when she married bowman in cumberland, not very helpful.

mary's birth cert will name her mother, think you need to buy the certificate or her marriage cert to confim fater and will confim if above is correct. The Hannah in 1881 census was born in Tudhoe

I have marriage cert. for Mary Bell & John Sullivan, giving her fathers name
as George Bell. I think perhaps her mother Hannah Bell did not die when
Mary was a child. I will try and look in the Divorce records to see if I can
find anything that helps
