Again many thanks to you "SylviaInCanada" as you have helped me so much in the past, also to "Gins". It seems it wasn't that easy to trace Florence pre marriage!
My direct line is with George's(1838) first marriage second son (of 3) Thomas(1862).
Georges' second marriage to Eliza 1859(20 years younger!!!) produced another 8 children, including (No 2 son) William George. Although there may have been a 9th unconfirmed George who may have died at birth in JFM 1901 in Maidenhead.

I did see that 1891 Census, but was unsure about it ....... the school record seems to make it more believable!

It looks as though the "big house" might be Ovington Park ............. living in close proximity to the Meads are the Butler, the Hall Boy, Footmen, etc.

Florence Elizabeth Rowland (b early 1880's?) married William George Meads (b1882) in 1906, Reg: Windsor. They are in the1911 census now with William Rowland Meads 1year old.
I cannot confirm any information of Florence's birth or in the 1891 and 1901 census' previous to her marriage.
They appear to have had only one child, before William senior probably went off to WWI and possibly died?
The only other information of Florence may possibly be of her being a servant to the Basset family in Bray, Berks in the 1901 census.
As this is a family of my GG grandfather's (George Meads1838) second marriage I have not applied for any certificates, so I can't seem to get any further with this search. Can anyone else help please?
