Hi I'm looking to find my nan and my nans sister parents my nans name is
iris m James 1915 Monmouthshire and beatrice m James 1914 Monmouthshire my nan married clifford G Davies 1936 Monmouthshire can anyone help as I don't know my nans parents <3

But best to stick to the thread you posted on the "Chat Board".......as I think members on here will also advise you to purchase a copy of your Grandmothers marriage certificate.

There was a Beatrice M James who fits the bill to the year that you mention but her MMN was James.

No need for confusion, Jason.

Once you have a copy of your Nan's marriage certificate you'll be able to work backwards from there.

I still haven't found an Iris M James and a Beatrice M James born in Monmouthshire in the years you stated with the same mothers' maiden names. Are you sure it was Monmouthshire in both instances?

When you receive the certificate do let us know the information shown on it and you'll get help on here. You'll be surprised what assistance people will give you - they are very kind.
