If you search the electoral roll, you will find a man with the same name living on the Isle of Man

I won't post full details as he appears to be living

at least 2 people besides yourself have him in their trees here at genesreunited

do you know them?

because he may be living (no death record in the index up to 2007) you should edit your post to remove his date of birth, leaving only the year

Although this doesn't show it, there are 2 Closed Records showing on the original
Cecil is No. 1 , Kitty 2, Closed record 3, Maud is No. 4 and then another closed record on the original, so one of the closed could be Norman. As it's a closed record he is either - still alive, died post 1991, died pre1991 with no proof or it's not him.
