Hello Beverly- it's easier if you reply on the boards so everyone can see the information.

Reply from Beverly:

"Thanks for your reply on some information I have says William Rufus married Matilda Russell and William Henry -Anne Harding McKenzie which fits as an Uncles middle name was Harding. W Henry I think 1842 - 1887 ?
James Henry my Grandfather July 1864 -Died Bendigo April 1942.I don't know if there were any other children.
I don't know anything about Anne McKenzie "

I'm not sure where your information has come from Beverly, but it looks very much like the William Henry that married Ann Mckenzie in 1863 is the same man that fathered James Henry in 1864.

James had several siblings.

According to several newspapers (you can search here: http://trove.nla.gov.au/ ) James was an athlete and his brother, Arthur was a champion cyclist.

James obituary: Daily Advertiser Sat 25 April 1942

of that well known cyclist A. J. King, who
raced on practically all New South Wales
tracks, with a big measure of success. An
other brother was the late Walter King, of
Temora, father of two well-known sports
men 'in George ('Border'), and Harry
King, and a sister was the late
Mrs. Reub Jordan. In addition to the
King boys, the Jordan family are also
noted for their athletic prowess, particu

Walter, Arthur, George and Nat., whilst
