Sarah as Widowed

There is one closed record for that address ...... that could be a member of the family OR an evacuee

I would be most grateful if someone could checkout an Albert Greener born 1874 living in Royal Tunbridge Wells Kent I have seen the preview he was married but his wife died in 1927 they adopted two girls and they were all on the 1911 census.
It does say another Sarah Johnson is also living there! Any other information about this would be appreciated
