Find Ancestors

I'm trying to trace this person. Born 15th dec 1953 full name is Charlotte Fell Howard, married Ian Mintrim (divorced and deceased) in 1985. I'm told that she is deceased but can find no record to prove (or disprove) this. I can also find no record of the marriage or divorce apart from a note on thepeerage.com. Can anyone see anything that I can't ? (I believe the marriage may have taken place in Antigua !) Thank you.

She may not be died, or if so only very recently

I believe in Gloucestershire.. Left for west Indies 1954 , military father..

I just googled her name , and the Wikipedia entry was the first one that came up ...... it's actually for her father but his children are listed
