Find Ancestors

Morning On 1911census , I have found ths couple married and living in Grimsby.
But unusually 3 of the 6 children surnames have been crossed out by the transcriber and written over the top .....Mrs Raynor 2nd marriage her previous name Hoban.
It is one of those children I am researching , so would like some help to find her Mum's maiden name.
On 1891 census found her Mum with 1st husband but no children .So presume recently married ? Living in Woolwich ,he was a general labourer.
Looking for marriage probably in Woolwich between
William Hoban born approx 1870 in Kilkenny Ireland.....and
Ellen Fanny ? born approx 1871 in Cowes Isle of Wight .( her middle name not on 1891 census).
Cannot find them on 1901.
But definately in Grimsby Lincolnshire in 1911 Ellen Fanny with her 2nd husband .
George Austin Raynor ....been married 10years he is 10years her junior.Navvy working on the dock as a contractor......( Immingham dock was being developed then )
Listed 6 children .....the Hoban children eldest is 18 born in Woolwich, as was all the Hoban children .
But in total she has had 11 children 4 have died . Her last 2 children listed are surname Raynor ...8 year old born in Belvedere Kent , and youngest 11months born in Grimsby.
Need help finding her 1st marriage ...her maiden name appreciated

Just as a point which might be useful - you have said that Mr. Raynor was in the Navy - this is incorrect as he is actually down as a 'Navvy' on the census sheet.

This is from Old Occupations site:

Navvy - Labourer on canals or railways, roads etc.

He was working for a Dock Contractor's.

I will take a look for the marriage..............

Other surname was Mew, usually mother's maiden name.

The birth reg for Ellen does not appear to show in Lancashire but there is one in Woolwich

So, could this be William in 1901

Ellen Fanny Jones born 24/3/1871 died 31/1/1941 I can't find her and the 4 Hoban /Jones children at all in 1901.
