Shirley that was the 1911 census I found earlier...I am guessing that he was maybe only weeks old and they thought they didn't have to list him...hence going for the March 1911 birth

He's not Reginald Arthur (1905) - looks like he has parents James & Mary in 1911.

Doesn't help with the right parents but posting as it came up

CWMYNYSCOY is 1 mile south of Panteg - I think this would likely be Pontypool rather than Abergavenny.

Reginald Mansell was born 06 November 1907 (as Shirley has posted) - we could do with Eddie confirming if he knows who Reginald married

thanks for the correction Jude. I did not realise they were 2 different places - I have ancestors from Cwmyoy and assumed it was the same
