Did your grandfather survive the war? As you may know only about 30% off WW1 Service/Pension records have survived. There are other George Lascelles who did survive but whose records haven't.

Afternoon all need your help trying to ID my ancestor George Lascelles but have a problem as to which one? I have managed to find 2 of them I have the following information
1. George Lascelles bc 1900 Byers Green County Durham
Aged 18 Army No. 47097 Durham Light Infantry

2, George Lascelles bc 1898 Byers Green County Durham
Aged 18 Army No. 78915 Northumberland Fusiliers

Could someone have a look at there Army Records for any next of kin
