Hi,
Could someone tell me, is there a site that I can get free marriage records for Salisbury Cathedral for around 1767 please?
I know Ann CARTER married Elias INGRAM in the Cathedral on Dec 7th 1767, but I was looking to find her fathers name etc.

Her fathers name won't be on a marriage record for those years. They did'nt start putting the fathers name on till 1837 with civil registration.

The only possible is Familysearch.org which may have a record of a baptism for Ann Carter.

I have looked on a couple of sites.
The only problem i have is I don't know her age !!!!!

scroll to bottom of page for access to parish register transcriptions.

The marriage is on there but no further details given.
