pointless sharing trees -as it says under all my postings, we have no connection - the likelihood of any fellow member having a connection with the person they are helping is quite remote - happened to me just once in over ten years

we all live in hope but the chance of a related person seeing your message is next to nil
you need to give more details - names and dates - that someone might find if they google for them in future
also search for your particular people in other family trees at this site (top of monitor, 'search all family trees' under 'search')
AnnCardiff was just reproducing random census records of people with the surname Solitt in Jersey
but the first 1871 census record in particular seems to relate to a couple from Yorkshire who had children in the C I and then removed to Lambeth (they are there in 1861 already shortly after the birth of son Thomas), so they could be related to your question?
if you give an era and some names and what in particular you are wanting to find out, other members may be able to help track down descendants of particular people, for example
