well born 1895 her birth should be registered .plus her fathers name ,if known, should be on her marriage certs

I have been trying to trace siblings and parents of Sarah but with no luck can anyone help. I have details of her husbands, children and extended family plus her eventual death but cannot find ancestors. Can anyone help please?
