Find Ancestors

Could someone please check these two censuses I have found a Caroline Coopey born March qtr 1841 in the district of Wheatenhurst Gloustershire on both of them and would like to know who she was living with etc. didn't see her on any others so I'm guessing she must of left for New Zealand before the 1861?

I don't know when Wheatenhurst (aka Whitminster) was a registration subdistrict, but it wasn't one in 1861 (nor 1911).

I searched for Coopey in piece 1963 on Ancestry, and found who you'ld expect (except Ester is absent).
I also found a slightly older couple - Wm & Caroline, so maybe your lass is named after her aunt.

According to several Public Family Trees, John William Wright died on 26 May 1878 Woolston, Christchurch, Canterbury, New Zealand

and they had two more children ............

Annie Wright may have been called Mary Annie



From the dates of the births of the children, John William and caroline must ahve left England between 1874 and 1876

One Public Family tree gives this information for the emigration for John William, Caroline and Family ........... I have not found this, maybe someone else can find the reference
