andy.i am looking to see if she married or had more children.she had a child at 18years,and he was adopted out,have not found anything of her since 1918.I have not confirmed that i have the correct gladys mennell who died in 1972..thank you for enquireing.regards miriam

This is the 1972 death, but the date of birth quoted is wrong for her birth, It could be the informant didn't know her exact year of birth. Only way to find out is to buy a copy of the cert. If it is the correct death, she never married..

The death certificate will not show her parents details, heres the info that you can expect to see:

•Name, date and place of death.
•Date and place of birth (before 1969 a certificate only showed age of deceased).
•Occupation and usual address.
•Cause of death.
•The person who gave information for the death registration.

i am looking for any info on a gladys mennell, who gave birth to my grandad eric in 1918, she then had him adopted to a john beaumont and susan beaumont (nee chesterfield)
