Just tried Malyons tip Didn't download the image,just got a lot of text
and the cost of viewing again !
Luckily I had downloaded some of the documents earlier.

I definitely wont be buying any more credits with GenesReunited

If Malyon's tip works in the future, thats great news.

It does come as a bit of a shock when you realise you can't access images you've paid for, but its quite common amongst subscription sites. In the case of view by credits, you have a shorter life span than if you had a subscription.

From purchase 'Credits' link
200 credits - Unlimited access to the records you have viewed for 90 days
50 Credits - Unlimited access to the records you have viewed for 30 days

Although too late now, if you re-purchase, we'd normally recommend saving to your own computer using the right click, 'Save as' such as Malyon suggested, then upload again to your Keepsafe.

that happened to me wanted more credit to look at them again click on the record you have saved with the right side of mouse a box comes up click on save link as then it should save it in documents or pictures it works for me

I put a load of records into my keepsafe,but when I went back to review some of the records they wouldn't open ,kept asking me to pay for them again.
Contacted support, by their answer I get the impression they only belong to me for a time limit. If that's correct why bother having a KEEPSAFE.
