Just for background, this may be the death of Ellen's first husband:

Deaths Mar 1917
Leaver Louis 21 Birmingham 6d 358

ADDED: His WW1 pension records are on Ancestry, the age on death fits as he was 18 when he enlisted 1914. He was dismissed on health grounds - heart problems.

This is their marriage, I think in 1919 (not 1916)

Marriages Dec 1919
Evans Harry Loaver Birmingham 6d 761
Leaver Ellen Evans Birmingham 6d 761

Looks like Ellen's first marriage was the 1916 one:

Marriages Mar 1916
Jukes Ellen Leaver Birmingham 6d 428
Leaver Lewis Jukes Birmingham 6d 428

You should really buy the 1919 marriage certificate to get more information about him. It should confirm his age, occupation and also his father's name and occupation (if known). That will help trace him back over.

Hello Rebecca, if you can tell us where in 1925 Harry Evans died it might help us by finding the death record to check his age at death.
