West Midlands geography isn't my strong point so could someone explain why a couple living in Birmingham would marry Staffordshire (I know it's not that far, but ....)

Did Eliza and Hackett jump the gun?

EDIT: Forget it! Found him with wife Harriett on the 1841 census.
