Can't see a Summerhill House in Cot Lane, there is :

Summerhill Court - Col Lewis
Summerhill Lodge - Mr Richards
The Shrubbery, Summerhill - Holcroft
The Shrubbery Lodge, Summerhill - Carter

In addition, the street immediately before Cot Lane is Summerhill with 4 private properties, a gardener's lodge and a public house.
