hi can anyone tell me if death certs in 1821 would include the deceased fathers name?

There weren't death certificates as such at that time.
The burial record might include the father's name if the deceased was a child, otherwise usually not.

If you know the age from the death -maybe you can find a baptism at birth?

thanks for reply, thats the problem im having I cant find any trace of birth record.

But thanks anyway
