If the mention of Brougham Street is the same death then there's some inconsistency between the burial index and the newspaper report of his death - if you take the info at face value then he was buried the day before he died!

"On the 30th ult., aged 72 years, Mr Joseph Rogers, tailor, Brougham Street"

- 08 June 1849 - Nottingham Review and General Advertiser
