Am I going daft or has the thread been deleted?

Not going daft- thread has been deleted! I was just looking for him and refreshed the page before adding my reply- but thread was no longer there

Think it must have been, Claire and I think the YOB is wrong - the only Hatherall I can find in Chippenham in 1893 is a Frank and he is on the 1911 census with a 2 year old brother,Reginald.

I spent ages finding this, Chippenham is the reg district. I think Reginald was base born and this is him
