"It is essential in the Public interest, that offences such as you have committed should be punished. When you are giving evidence on oath you must speak the whole truth and nothing but the truth," said Mr. Justice Macnaghten at Manchester Assizes yesterday when sentencing William Arthur Openshaw (58), fish merchant, of St. Albans Road, Blackpool, formerly of Crompton Way, Bolton, to five months' imprisonment for perjury during his examination at Bolton Bankruptcy Court.

Ann they seem to be a different family who has been transcribed on the next page. They live at 23 Henry Street and Samuel and parents live at 13 Henry street so a blip I think.
