Marriage banns called 10th February, 17th February and 24th February 1805, Daniel and Elizabeth - Both of this parish, which doesn't help really as they needn't have been born there! Swait transcribed as Snart!

Will made 1827 - Daniel an Innkeeper. A bit more written than this - it's just a summary. Leaves all to Elizabeth and after her death to the sons and daughters viz. Sarah Winchester, Elizabeth Winchester, Daniel Winchester and Hannah Winchester equally, but not until the youngest reached age 21. He mentions a friend Richard Avery in Newbury, Berks to help the family and to be executor (with Elizabeth who unfortunately dies before him). Proved London 17th February 1827 by oath of Richard Avery surviving executor to whom administration was granted.
