Well whatever side of your family they are then either your mum or dads birth cent will give their names as a starter

If you want to have a go yourself, you could do worse than start with Freebmd.

If there were children born after 1911, the maiden name of the mother will be shown - here is an example:

Births Jun 1912
Powell Horace Sheldon Walsall 6b 1289

So, mother's maiden name was Sheldon.

Depending on how common the names are, you can then try looking for a marriage.

it's much more fun to do this yourself, you can always ask for help if you get stuck..

If you let us have their names and where they were born or at least where they lived, then we may be able to find a marriage which will be a good start.
What were their children's names and approximate dates of birth, this may also help?

finding my grandparents I have no idea when they were born or died how can I find details' have grandfather name and that's it
