Are you sure about the date of marriage- I can't see a marriage for 1849. There is a possible marriage in 1840?

As Maria was in her 30's when marrying maybe she was a widow and so not born Nankivell.

Would need a copy of the 1840 marriage cert to confirm.. ...which should also give her father's name
