Invention for Mill in Belper Derbyshire

Please can anyone help with finding information about an invention by James Russell Mcilraith (1850-1934) at a Mill in Belper Derbyshire. In 1911 Census he was an Engineer at a Bailing Machine Thread Mill. He was also in Belper Derbyshire in the 1901 Census. He was born in Scotland and returned there before he died in 1934. Have tried google searches but no luck yet. Many Thanks Pam

Try this...
Click on an entry, say number 15 'Improvements in or applicable to Balling Machines'. When it opens look to the right hand box and click on original document and the provisional application comes up in detail.

Then use the drop down box at the top next to 'page' and you get all sorts of things, that one has drawings!

Fascinating!
