Francis John Cox death will be in exeter I think after 1958
he was born in 1907
and maybe will for him
or wife Margaret Cox in 1976 Exeter

You can search here for a probate record.

https://probatesearch.service.gov.uk/#wills

Bare in mind a person dying in 1985 doesn't mean the probate record will come up using that date

One of mine died in 1997 and his probate was dated 2009

thanks Im sure i had this before - but i cant seem to acess my past threads -they just wont load :-( - and i lost a lot of my tree on another computer so sorry if anyone recognises these people! im not being a pain deliberately

Probate recod says
...of 37 Carter Avenue Exmouth, died 27 March 1985 Probate Bristol April 19th, not exceeding £40000.

and almost same address as I have previously (51 Carter Avenue at that time)
