Doesn't he have a phone number, the reason she has moved, may mean, she doesn't want to be found, for whatever reason

Nephew's ex-girlfriend has moved house while he's been in Ireland and not informed him like she's supposed to do, She's a stickler for making sure she's on the electoral roll.
