Who registered Thomas's death?

Where did he die?

I think the info is misleading.................it wasn't Thomas who died in 1996

have records of Kathleen Elizabeth Duncan nee chamberlain born 3/4/1908 married Thomas henry Duncan in 1931 died 2/4/1996.cant find her death on searches and am looking for descendants.have possible mavis c Duncan born 2nd quarter 1932 and possible derek Duncan born first quarter 1937 anyone able to hrelp me go further
