I am trying to locate family related to Hazel K Machin who was born in Staffordshire in 1924, Hazel was the daughter of Harry Machin and Constance Bourne. I have a family bible which I believe belongs to this family and I would like to find a relative to return it too.
If anyone can help, please get in touch.

Have you looked for her birth to see if she had any siblings

Also did she marry ? If so were there children

Looks Kenneth was born in Westbury, Wiltshire

There is a possible birth for a son in Trowbridge, Wiltshire in 1951

Just for the background.......

According to a tree on Ancestry, Harry Kelsall Machin was the son of William Kelsall and Alice Tittensor Machin.

The marriage took place in the same quarter that Harry was born in 1894. So he was obviously conceived out of wedlock.......hence the surname Machin.

Harry appears as Harry Kelsall on the 1901 and 1911 census.

Thank you everyone for your replies. Hazel did marry Kenneth Colderick and they had two sons. Unfortunately they have both passed away and that is how I have the bible in my possession. As I am only related to the family by marriage I would like to find a member of the family to pass it on too. I have been in contact with the Colderick family and they are not aware of a family bible so I assume it is from the machin/Bourne side of the family.
Catherine hazel did have a sibling but I found a death the same year for him
Thank you holly I hadn't found him on the censuses will now look into the Kelsall family
