	I have been given access to a GR member's tree and when I click on 'View' this message appears ' 401 - Unauthorized Access. Access denied due to invalid credentials' Can anybody tell me what this means and what I need to do. Thanks

	Hi Michael Perhaps if you post this on the "Chat" board, someone on there might be able to help you. If not, you will need to contact support.
