Find Ancestors

I Have George Sorsby .b 1839/40 Salford Manchester. He moved to Warren Chapeltown Ecclesfield where he married Sarah Ann ?????,in 1868 I have found the marriage in Sheffield but it does not have Sarah on the list just two men and one woman. Is there anyway I can find this info. other than going to the archives please.

I believe she could be Sarah Ann Smith. She seems to be an extra name on this list and looking at the original, the page number could very well be 547, same as George's page number.

Actually it's just supposition that Sarah Ann Smith is the bride. You really ought to get George's marriage certificate to confirm.
