I wonder if anybody can help. I'm trying to help a friend find a long lost family.

Susan and George Ainsworth lived in Chorley, lancashire around 1957. I think they lived in the town centre area ( possibly Hollinshead street) with their parents. Susan would have been around 7 years old. I don't know the name of their parents. But in 1957 they took in a lodger called Roy Metcalfe. Roy is my friend who is trying to find any information about them.

Any information would be appreciated, maybe concerning how long they live there and if George and Susan had any children when they got older. I think George had a bad heart so I'm not sure if he is still alive, Roy was around 17 when he lived with them in 1957 for a short while.

Thanks in advance

Paul

Sadly, without more information, the names are not unusual enough to be able to pick out any in particular from the many records online.

Do you know any other clues?
What were their parents' names?
How old would George have been at that time?

Thanks for trying, I may get some more information tomorrow but sadly I may not be able to get much more. But I will let you know if I can find out any more clues.
