hi
i have thomas luck reeve born 1828 married in 1849 in lewisham his wife ann augusta bloomfield both died in 1890 so it says in records

how do i find out what happened? that of course if there is a report to what happened?

Buy copy death certs for cause(s) of death

Why would do you think there might be a report?

Is that because their deaths were recorded at the same time?

I would be inclined to send for the death certs - a tree on ancestry has them both dying on 4th June, 1890'

Their death certs have the same GRO ref,:
