Is it The Hope and Anchor Inn?

I've found James 56, Constance 60, Arthur 16 and William Smith 13. James is a licensed victualler.

EDIT this is New Sleaford.

EDIT AGAIN Ignore me, I'm looking at the 1901 not 1911 :-S :-S
